We make every single Printed Apron to order and therefore delivery is usually a couple of days after you place your order. Making our own orders ensures we can keep our prices low.
How long will delivery take?
All our Printed Aprons are made and sent within 5 working days by Royal Mails 1st class post. This means that as soon as you order we begin to make it.
1st class post usually arrives the next day after posting, however in some of the busier times of the year, the Royal Mail are extremely busy and therefore delivery may take a few more days.
Can you upgrade my Delivery Option
If you require your Apron by a certain date and do not want to risk your Apron turning up late, we do offer a special delivery service. However, please contact us before you place your order so we can give you a special ordering code to enable the Special Delivery option.
How do you send your Aprons
Each Apron is folded into a small mailing bag, after many years of trialing different methods we think we have the best method to ensure the apron turns up in tip-top condition.
If your Apron turns up damaged, then please contact us immediately! We work very closely with the Royal Mail and we can arrange a replacement to be sent out at no cost to yourself. We may require a photo of the damage in order to present this to the Royal Mail for compensation.
If you believe your Apron is lost, then don't worry! Please just contact us and one of our team will be more than happy to trace your item. The Royal MaIl quote up to 7 working days after the date of posting to be classed as a lost item. If your item is lost, then at no extra cost to yourself, we will arrange a new Apron to be made and sent to you.
